Memiliki email website sangat penting agar website kamu terlihat profesional dan dipercaya klien. Berikut langkah yang bisa kamu ikuti:
1. Login cPanel Hosting
Langkah pertama untuk membuat email website profesional yaitu login ke akun cpanel kamu dengan klik https://namadomainkamu.com/cpanel
2. Memilih Menu Email Accounts
Langkah selanjutnya masuk ke halaman cPanel. Pada bagian pencarian tulis EMAIL lalu pilih EMAIL ACCOUNT. Nantinya akan diarahkan ke halaman Email Account.
Pada halaman ini kamu dapat menambahkan alamat email website baru atau mengubah alamat email yang sudah ada.
3. Menambahkan Alamat Email
Untuk menambahkan alamat email silakan klik menu CREATE terlebih dahulu. Lalu pilih domain yang diinginkan, kemudian tulis nama email, misalnya Urmila@namadomainkamu.com. Nantinya silakan pilih ‘namadomainkamu.com’ pada bagian Domain. Lalu ketik EMAIL pada bagian Username, kamu dapat mengubah username email sesuai kebutuhan.
Kemudian tulis password email. Buatlah password lengkap dengan huruf kapital, huruf kecil dan angka. Untuk pilihan lainnya biarkan default. Lalu klik CREATE.
Tunggu sebentar, maka email dengan nama Urmila@namadomainkamu.com sudah dapat digunakan. 😊
4. Mengubah Password
Selanjutnya kamu juga dapat mengubah password. Silakan klik MANAGE. Pada bagian NEW PASSWORD, lalu masukkan password baru. Jika sudah, jangan lupa klik menu UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS.
5. Mengubah Kapasitas Email
Untuk mengubah kapasitas email yang ada pada hosting, silakan cek pada bagian STORAGE. Kamu dapat menyesuaikan dengan kapasitas email yang diinginkan. Jika sudah, jangan lupa klik UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS.
6. Mengakses Webmail
Klik MORE pada pengaturan tambahan untuk bisa mengakses webmail, suspend akun dll.
Untuk dapat mengakses webmail, silakan login melalui namadomainanda.com/webmail. Masukkan alamat email dan password.
Cara Mengakses Email
Nah setelah membuat email kamu dapat mengakses Email yang sudah dibuat. Berikut caranya:
- Pertama silakan masuk ke menu EMAIL ACCOUNT lalu klik CHECK EMAIL.
- Kemudian kamu akan diarahkan ke interface webmail. Pilih ROUNDCUBE sebagai interface webmail. Lalu silakan klik OPEN agar dapat mengakses halaman pengelolaan email. 😊
- Setelah itu, kamu akan diarahkan ke tampilan Webmail. Di sini kamu bisa cek inbox, pesan terkirim atau mengirimkan pesan melalui webmail ini.
